Shipping / Delivery:

Our products are delivered via Startrack, Australia Post, TNT Express, Couriers Please or DHL Express. Shipping duration is generally 1-6 working days depending on the location of the customer. In the event that the courier returns the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. Please note some couriers are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, so please ensure you use a physical address at checkout.

Your order will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. As couriers do not deliver on public holidays, you can expect your order on the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends or public holidays. If you’re not around when delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your Unique Auto Parts order.

Pick Up

If you prefer to pick up your order, at the checkout page select the pickup location you wish to click and collect from under shipping. We will then prepare your order and pickup orders will be ready for collection in the hour unless the items you have chosen are not available in the location to choose to pick up from this case a sales person will reach out with information regarding the timeframe to receive your item. This scenario may also incur additional freight costs.

International

For international shipping please reach out to the head office in Melbourne (03 9708 7100) and a sales person will be able to assist in quoting and organizing items for international delivery.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Unique Auto Parts, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Unique Auto Parts. This amount will be deducted from your item refund.

There are many factors that are out of our control. Due to these reasons, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our constant effort to provide our visitors and buyers the most updated information, there will be inevitable a chance that our items may be priced at a different pricing level. In the event a product is advertised with incorrect information such as but not limited to incorrect prices, incorrect functionality promoted, incorrect pictures shown, typographical error, photographical error, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Unique Auto Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.

Ordering and Payments:

Due to extremely quick turnovers of our orders, Unique Auto Parts may at times have to restrict the number of certain items that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are limited in stocks, Unique Auto Parts reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our continued commitment to fulfil your order request. However, in all circumstances, Unique Auto Parts reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you. Methods of payment accepted by Unique Auto Parts are Visa & Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Account and Capricorn.

  • Warranty does not include labour, freight costs or surcharges.
